It may not be what fast or heavy, but it still has that industrial feel! The drums hit hard (especially the snare) and the basses have a gritty, albeit deep feel. The second bass hit did throw me a bit off though, as it was a little overbearing on the mix and snuffled out the synth lead and drums a bit.

The tone and the energy feels like one of those cinematic trailer soundtracks, or one of the LoL login screens. Super epic!

Thank you for your review!

Interesting time signature for the chorus! I can definitely feel the breezy nature of this beat through the whimsical melodies, wavy synth pads, and the groovy beat. The soothing piano in between helps top it off.

Thank you! This was a fun experiment for me. Glad somebody can dig it 🤘

The drop feels very lush and reminiscent of classic dubstep with all that wobbling! Even the drums have that 2-step, riddim feel! An interesting spin on the future bass style.

A heavy take on the future bass genre! The melody feels unique, and the mix sounds clean while retaining its hard-hitting character. For a track with such high energy, I was a bit overwhelmed by the intensity of the filter—the track went from spectrally-lush max levels to near-nothingness within the span of a second. Maybe keep the low-end of your track intact so that there's still something playing when you're filtering it?

Very chill and groovy atmosphere. The kick keeps the beat pumping but it's soft enough to allow the melodic instruments to express themselves. The bass is powerful too—possibly enough to overwhelm the other instruments. Maybe you could compress it or turn down the level a little?

This track felt very clean with its mixing and arrangement, especially between kick and bass. The reverb that you added to some of the instruments helps add to the gritty tone. I wonder, were these sounds all made from drums?

QualitySlav responds:

I mixed some sounds between themselves and thats what i got, cant remember what those were but they do souns nice, thanks for the feedback !

What a chill, groovy tune! The drums sound unique and add to the relaxed atmosphere of this track, and the same goes for the 808. Instruments feel naturally placed both in frequency and in stereo. There is a small melody clash in the later part of the song—maybe change some notes so that the chord progressions of each instrument matches up with one another?

Your use of pads helps establish a tranquil atmosphere, and the synth melody gives a soothing, rippling motion. The hi-hats, however, seem to counteract the calmness because of their high-end and transience. But if their levels were lower, they could serve well to balance the mix.

Eamaze responds:

thanks for the feedback

Gritty and dark, I like it! The drums pump well with the bassline and synths and they barely overlap. I like the part where you "pause" the track momentarily before going into another part of your drop.

If you keep this up, you'll get your tracks into GD in no time.

Thanks :D
