This beat is so catchy! I like the sounds of the synths that you use and your use of panning to make instruments stand out. The percussion is a bit muffled out though... if you're working on something new I'd recommend working on some compression/sidechaining or EQing to bring out the sounds of the drums.

Tamixx responds:

Thank you! I will take it in count for next Realeases! I am thinking to make a remake of this song much later ;)

Interesting use of percussion in-between drops. You were definitely right about the "core" in kirbycore—those kick drums were distorted alright!

A nice, simple piano melody placed over a catchy electro beat! The way you build up those melodies helps prepare for the climactic chords near the end of the piece. I would recommend touching up on the harmony of those melodies, since sometimes the melody makes a 7th/9th interval with the harmony that feels out of place.

Nice sound design, arrangement, and mixing! Although if you're trying to make it a loop, I'd recommend immediately fading out the mix at the 8th bar so that it can loop swiftly back to the beginning.

AvestaMusic responds:

Thanks, dude! But unfortunately I can't make the loop shorter, because the file is corrupted.

Simple transitions, minimalist beat, chill leads bring out the essence of the original. You have an interesting choice of panned bass there, which tickles at my right ear. If that's what you're going for, then great; otherwise I'd recommend keeping your basses center.

Woah—this sounds awesome in both the melody and the mix! I love the part where you shift from the synth lead to an electric guitar lead, so smooth and sick! The way you incorporate the drop also amazes me, because it feels so inter-connected with the rest of the song. With all the intense sounds and brutal dynamics coming together, it really does feel like someone's losing it.

Nice, catchy melody and a groovy beat! The drop sounds satisfying even without a buildup. Hoping this track could go on for a little longer.

Interesting use of timing on your melodies. It makes it feel like there's a real band playing it, giving a special hand-crafted feel to the tune. The bass is pretty loud throughout the track, and I wonder if the other elements would better fit in if the bass was a bit lower.

Kick sounds raw enough for me. I also like how the melody transitioned between the bass and the lead.

Irishtoner responds:

You Think?
But Thanks Anyway :)

Beautiful sound design and intense, pumping atmosphere! The gritty bass/lows and the exotic leads/highs make a swell combination! I did notice a clash between an E-flat and E during the drop melody; I'd suggest putting both sounds on the E or E-flat octave to increase the harmony.

girafj responds:

Sorry for not replying to this earlier, I really enjoy the feedback you gave and everything you said about the track. The clash of notes was a mistake on my part, my apologies! Thanks again for the great feedback.
